General Contract Conditions

The General Contract Conditions regulate the online reservation services between Barosse – José Pérez Poyato and its clients. By using the reservation system, you fully accept these conditions.

Online booking

1.1 Online reservation procedure: Select dates, rooms and enter your data. Its use implies acceptance of these conditions.

1.2 Confirmation of booking: You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation.

1.3 Reservation cancellation policy:



A “cancellation policy” will not be applied in case of COVID-19, duly accredited by the client or due to mobility restrictions by the competent administrations.
If the client does not show up on the day of arrival (before 8:00 p.m. if they have not advised of the later arrival time), the establishment will charge their credit card for the total amount of the reservation.
The cancellation, reduction or change of reservation dates within the five days prior (ten days in high occupancy periods) to the date set for occupancy of the room, may result in the loss of the deposit as guarantee or the charge of up to 40% of the total amount thereof.

Cancellation, reduction or change of reservation dates within 24 hours prior to the date set for occupancy of the room or no-show may result in the charge of the total amount of the reserved service.
In the case of “Barosse Gift Vouchers” and “Pyrenean Trilogy Vouchers”, if the client does not pay the corresponding charges for the application of the cancellation policy, the validity of the voucher will be cancelled.
If the client leaves before the departure date of the reservation, 100% of the total price of the remaining services may be required to be used.

During high occupancy dates, Barosse can charge at least the amount of the first night against the card provided, considering it as part of the reservation guarantee and as “delivery on account” at the time of payment.


The prices shown in the website's booking engine include VAT or another equivalent indirect tax, as well as management and processing costs. Rates may vary depending on the season of the year, the length of the stay and the services contracted as provided in said section.

Use of services

The user undertakes to use the services in a manner in accordance with the Law, morality, good customs and public order, as well as with the provisions of these General Contracting Conditions, respecting the rights and/or interests of third parties who, in any case, way, may damage Barosse services and/or its image.

Barosse may, for greater agility and for the benefit of users, unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the services provided, or the operating, technical and use conditions of the services:

* Barosse is exclusively for adult audiences. (Only adults)
* Third parties or children are not allowed if it is not stated in the reservation. If the client does not respect the rule, the reservation will be considered lost and the cancellation policy, such as no-show, will be applied.
* Check-in (entry) will be from 2:00 p.m. Check-out before 12:00 pm.
* We have a “Free Zone (courtesy) Tea & Coffee”, “Honesty Bar”, “Restaurant” and “Picnic” service, so the consumption of products that have not been purchased at the Hotel is not permitted.
* Barosse is a smoke-free space. Smoking is not allowed inside the Hotel.
* We do not allow pets.

Services included in your reservation:

*Buffet breakfast
* (*) Sauna & Spa. Likewise, we put at your disposal - always for private use - the Relaxation Room (sauna and spa) and the outdoor Spa - from June to September - in the garden.

It is a service that requires a time reservation for its use.
We provide you with a bathrobe and slippers to access the room.

Optional services

Restaurant for dinner with prior reservation before 2:00 p.m. on the same day. Dinner time at 9:00 p.m.

The “Massages and Treatments” service is also available and requires a reservation.

(*) The sauna & spa service is included in the room price only in direct reservations with Barosse (phone, email, own online reservation system) or made through Rusticae.

Customer rights

Clients have the right to withdraw from their reservation as long as they have not enjoyed their stay. Within the stipulated period and if they are not satisfied, they can request a refund of the amount paid.
Regarding the resolution of disputes, Barosse and the user submit to the courts and tribunals of Jaca, unless another law specifies otherwise.
