Duration 60' - price 75€. -Massage with aromatic oils -Use of points and meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine to enhance the state of relaxation through acupuncture needles. *Asepsis in Acupuncture techniques. The needles used during the session will be sterile, individual for each client, disposed of aseptically in a special container and subsequently destroyed as required by health regulations for this type of material. **General considerations Inform the therapist if you use anticoagulant intake. Meditation and Relaxation" Session

Indicated: To combat anxiety, stress, insomnia, calm the mind... Objective: Through breathing exercises and a simple guided meditation, we will try to bring the person to a deep state of relaxation and inner connection. Procedure: - Thoracic and abdominal breathing exercises. - Breathing exercises with retention while inhaling and exhaling. - Alternate plugging of the nasal passage to perform breathing exercises. - Neck and shoulder exercises to facilitate relaxation. - Guided meditation for 5 to 10 minutes - Savasana position (lying on the floor) and relax all the muscles of the body through verbal instructions. Duration: 60'. The price of each session is 75€ one pax, 85€ two pax.      

Yoga session (basic) for the back and neck

Indicated for: Combating neck and back pain and contractures, stress, calming the mind... Objective: By means of simple asanas (postures) that can be adapted to each person, we will try to bring the patient to a state of physical and mental relaxation, with special emphasis on the neck and back. Procedure:

• Asanas or postures for neck and back. Postures and counter postures
• Breathing exercises accompanying each asana
• Savasana position (lying on the floor) and relax all the muscles of the body through verbal instructions.

Duration: 60'. Both sessions can be done individually or as a couple. The price of each session is 75€ one pax, 85€ two pax.    

It is located in the garden, can also be used privately and has a spa.
